I used to work as a short order cook on a National Guard base, and we did a lot of burgers. Right before we opened every day, we would sear off 6 or 8 patties, and toss them in a third pan that stayed on the flat top, full of beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. When it came time to serve, we would scoop one out, put it on the grill long enough to dry the outside, and onto the bun, then sear off another one to replace it. They just sat in that hot broth and finished cooking. I kinda want one now, they were actually really good.

I'm so happy he got his own show. From the first time we were ever introduced to him I was 100% sure he was perfect for the spotlight, always gives so much energy and excitement, can tell he truly loves burgers.
