I'd put decorative grasses on that mound between the beach & the Grove. It will look like sand dunes.

I've seen solar that doesn't attach to House. It is in a tall stand in the shape of a flower and in bad weather it coils itself closed and goes in the ground storm passes it comes back up and opens and follows the sun! That's a cool solar system that protects itself.

Affordable living allows you to be creative. What a gorgeous outdoor space.

Hey Randy and Amanda. You are doing an amazing job!! When you build the lodge, consider having a laundry room, a community kitchen, etc. How about a community garden, composting area, maybe a shared library/media center?
-
The Harley Davidson blk I-box made my day!!!You got to have a $20,000 house to afford to maintain your Hog!!!No hate their either!!Love it!!π€

We use the same arched awnings for the windows in the back of our incred-i-box. That way you can leave the windows open when it rains.

I am totally 'Twitterpated' with the Abbingdon, OMG!! It is awesome, beautiful, fabulous!!

Again I wish u guys were up here in Ontario, Canada. We r slowly opening up to Tiny House communities but the progress is very slow and u canβt depend on the gov to change. All the improvements u hav done with ur layouts/constructions have been very helpful to me with the construction of my own tiny house. Thank u for all the uplifting posts!! π

I absolutely love the exterior look of this one. That 'swoop' over the door is dreamy. I can almost smell all that wood. I love the way y'all think. I do recycle my grey water, but only for plants. Did I say I love the look of this home? ππ

The Abingdon is so unique....I love the smell of wood and just beautiful. Good ideas for decorating it...lots of nature. π€π

Again!!!!! another great fun, interesting and informative video. The Mayor of the Beach has really dolled up the little backyard. Love the fence and plants. I would want a 10' porch on my place like this lady did. I can picture hanging ferns and such and some canvas curtains tied at the polls and let down when the sun is too bright or you just want privacy. Wow People buy you a Tiny home from Randy.
-
Mike-your place is really taking shape! Love π all that you have done. Thanks Randy & Amanda for showing the beach. I miss my tiny house so much. Hopefully Iβll be able to get there next month??? Love π everything yβall do! Have a great rest of your day!

I love this tiny house. The bathroom is what sold me.

Love the houses you showed. The incredi box was done up nice. Love the other house. Mike house is amazing, love the painted concrete, makes it look like real sand. His house looks like it's at the beach β±οΈ.

Love the beach house with fencing, porch, and tiki bar!

i like the kitchen area better in this, looks like you could have a stove and a reg size fridge in it. plenty of living room space as well. i love it has a bath/shower combo as well :)
-
I like your train of thought for future sustainability! It would be a Incredi-GREEN- box! β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ

I love the outside of this one including the bricks! My cats would be climbing up on to the roof and sliding down! I love the porch!
-
I love the kitchen area on this model. Would prefer a seperate bedroom. Love the deck. Extra living space..
