"I can't sleep, 'cause the devil wont let me rest" How many can relate to these words?
  • @Viktor-fo1xj
Best explanation i've ever heard is: "God didn't make religion, humans did. We wrote the book, created the laws, and separated good from evil in honor of god. It's basically a giant fan club we made, in his name."

Dear God, how can I have faith when their is no hope? Powerful words

This artist is one of the reasons my wife and I started going to Church to put Christ in our life 1 year ago. First song I heard was Depression, followed by a rabbit hole of songs. His lyrics and powerful, and his videos spoke directly to me. I’ve always known that God exists. But always thought that was enough, while putting my faith in man and myself. My anger through Covid, through watching what is happening to society, was tearing me apart, and made me realize that my faith in man and myself was unfounded. There is only one way to salvation and peace. Jesus Christ.
  • Finally, a reaction where they listen to the ENTIRE song and then react. Excellent.

I have watched many of these religious reactions to this song .you guys are the first to give real comments about this song that didn't feel fake and condescending. Thank you from the bottom of my heart .

This song is so powerful and I think the things Dax talks about in the song a lot of people feel but aren't brave enough to say it.

me. I was in my season (1 year) of depression and anxiety that led to crippling anxiety with unwanted dark thoughts along with bad habits. I considered it the worst time of my life even though my life was filled with trauma. The trauma eventually resurfaced to me during that season . I was struggling as man, friend, family member and husband. Nobody could’ve healed me. I seeked help from therapy, philosophy, working out, etc but all of that was just a bandaid. I gave up and leaned on God. He carried my cross for me when I couldn’t anymore. I surrendered myself to him then I woke one day feeling fresh-like a new. I breathed in air like I never did before and was finally immersed into this world. It was just black and white to me, but I finally see the beauty and colors of life. God answered my prayers and gave me more than I can ask for. I now believe that he put me in my situation to see myself, my past and to shape my heart, and character. I will never forget what he has done for me. He saved my life, marriage and friendship.

When we wrestle with God, He doesn't turn His back to us, He turns His face to us. A good father always embraces their child when they need him most.

Do dear alcohol next please it’s another song that touches my heart personally by him and I’m sure it touches the hearts of many others

Even if we stumble and sin, even if we fall short of being the people we strive to be, God's love for us never wavers. He stands by us, offering forgiveness and grace, always ready to welcome us back with open arms.

when you hear that kind of pain in someone's voice asking God why... you have to pray and ask God to help them feel peace...
  • Honestly I don't believe God cares what words come out of your mouth when you talk to him, he just cares that you came to him to talk. When a child goes to their father to talk about what they're going through or how they feel I don't think they get upset over the choice of the words you use he wants you to speak freely with authenticity and without fear of him not hearing the message being relayed because of the words or vulgarity. God wants to hear anything and everything his children have to say.

Dax is a beast! His music is so real and healing for some.
  • Dax bring tears to my eyes. He speaks Out loud the questions i ask myself and god all the time. He's truly a once in a lifetime artist that puts so much effort and emotion into his art It brings people back and reconnects them with themselves. You know it hits when a grown man cries from another mans words.

Dax lyrics hit the deepest part of the heart , this guy is more than just a musician 🫶🫶🫶🫶

PTSD by Dax seems to be incredibly underrated. As someone who was diagnosed with PTSD at a very young age due to childhood trauma, THAT song hits so differently.

Hello brothers, This is my first time here. I have been listening to DAX for quite a while. He is very message-oriented. His other work is very thought-provoking as well. He is a young man on a journey.

THANK YOU. I needed to hear this song and your commentary. I don’t even know why I clicked this video but I’m glad I did.
