According to the police report, on the day of the incident, policeman Tran Van Phon patrolled under the command of the ward police to ensure security and order during the 2022 Lunar New Year. When he went to 170 De Tham Street, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, District 1, he saw a group of people, including Mr. Lieu Phat Hung's mother, playing cards for money. He immediately approached, ordered to disperse. The police of District 1 attributed Mr. Hung's mother not only to not obeying the orders of Tran Van Phon, but also using her phone to record a video. And Mr. Lieu Phat Hung, her son, shirtless and wearing light-colored jeans, cursed and assaulted policeman Tran Van Phon.
However, people living around this area witnessed the incident and took a video and posted it on social media. And with videos evidence, obviously, the truth is completely different from the attribution and accusations of the district 1 police!
In fact, the policeman Phon at that time, with the drunken's drawl and actions, he went ahead and started a fight with Mr. Hung. Mr. Hung didn't have any harsh reactions or resistance at first. But as time went on, Mr. Phon became more and more dominant, using his power and police uniform to continuously provoke Mr. Hung! He kept approaching, approaching, touching Mr. Hung. Mr. Hung pushed his hand away many times and pointed it at his face to warn him not to do those actions again. Then Mr. Hung turned his back and didn't want to face Tran Van Phon anymore! But he still approached, resolutely continued to do those harassing actions, as if to provoke more and more Mr. Hung!
Finally, he also rushed in to beat Mr. Hung. Mr. Hung could not stand it, immediately counterattacked. He threw Phon down to a silver motorbike parked next to the shop, knocking the motobike over to the right. And beat him to a close match. There was a middle-aged woman wearing pink pajamas pointed at Phon in the face and confirmed that he was drunk and messed up. She said: "You get drunk and then come to disturb people? Do you rely on authority, wear a police uniform and then come and disturb people?"
Many people around witnessed the incident but they did not dare to intervene for fear of being arrested and imprisoned by the police. So they just dared to watch and record videos from a distance.
Some people took a photo, policeman Tran Van Phon sat down to eat at Co Sen restaurant, owned by Mr. Hung's family. On the table he was sitting there were 2 glasses of beer and food. He refused to pay for the meal and sat talking out of control. When Mr. Hung's mother took a video, Tran Van Phon snatched her phone and cursed! That is, he is actually eating and drinking, not on patrol duty as reported by the police in District 1, HCMC! Currently, the media still cannot contact Mr. Hung's family to ask more details about this incident.
On February 5, the police in District 1 of HCMC issued a decision to prosecute Mr. Lieu Phat Hung for the charge of "resisting official duty officers" and issued an order to ban Mr. Hung from leaving his residence. If the incident happened exactly as the picture posted, in fact, Mr. Hung did not commit a crime, because the policeman Phon was not on duty!
Now the whole world has seen it with their own eyes, the fraud, lies and deceit of Vietnam's communist police! It is they who cause trouble with the people, but they blame the people for causing trouble with them! It's so vile! Vietnam's communist police only know how to bully, torture and harass people!
The Vietnamese government does not take care of the people, does not give relief money and vaccine aided by the US to the Vietnamese people. Now they are suffering because of directives 16 and 16+ of the communist government, especially in HCMC.
