Meta Theory: The reason why MatPat makes so many videos about indie horror is because this is the condition the genie had when he wished for immortality

I can imagine that indie horror games just wait for matpat to make a theory about their game and then use it as actual confirmed lore

Hey MatPat, if you play through the actual game “spider,” I noticed that during the opening cut scene, there is a character called: “Uncle Bob.” Uncle Bob looks suspiciously a lot like Trenton from 2022. Same big beard, same hair, same smile, and even his clothes parallel Trenton’s in rainbow friends! Just something to think about? Awesome theory as always by the way! 😃

If u notice in the loading screen there is multiple colors loading, one color we haven't seen so far is PINK, they might be the key to the lore if thw were saved for last.

i literally love matpat and his lore theories. he’s amazing. the fact that he really tries to break the games down and talk about them is awesome. gives me a bit of a calm approach to some of the games. like with the entire fnaf games, i was able to get through them a lot better after watching the videos bc i felt calmer. love the dedication. you’re awesome.

Matpat is that one english teacher saying there is a deeper meaning to everything, making the word poop into an entire story, matpat is that, saying that there is lore everywhere in games when he finds connections and then it all gets destroyed by the developers saying it’s just a reuse of assets lol.

Fun fact: if you were to clip out of the main map and get on the base plate without falling off the map you’ll see that under a part in the roller coaster section there is a robotic blue walking in the air. The weirdest part is that the robot looked like the robotic rainbow friends that we see during the cyan chase. this could mean that the blue robot would have been the one chasing you instead of cyan.

I think the old man is actually the child that was with blue in the 1st chapter. So it explains why he knows so much about the monsters. He is also Trenton’s kid. What makes me believe this is because, kids inherit features from their parents to he got his smile from Trenton and not only that it is very likely that he got his fathers leather jacket after he was transformed into red. Everyone must’ve believed his father had died and he didn’t so he was searching for ways into the factory to look for his father and that’s why we see him trying to break in. Also what pushes me even further to believe this is why does only blue and the kid have a photos together? Why not the other colors? Because the kid was the first subject to see if blue would be popular among children. Not only that it is also because it is preserve a memory. And the reason he doesn’t know about the rainbow friends being hostile is that since his father died, he had returned to the factory because he was going back to the place where his father died.
