I am British, I have to say CBS have surprised me and impressed me a lot. Well done for not talking over the vigil of the queen's children. I thought the anchors would talk all the way through. I am very impressed with the respect and dignity offered here from CBS. Well Done and Thank you from a British viewer here.

This just breaks my heart. 4 kids saying goodbye to their mother. Regardless of how old you are, it's always hard to say goodbye to a parent for the last time.

I could not walk by and look upon their face of sorrow. I would break down and cry.

Poor man hasn't had a moment to himself since his mother died.
  • With a thousand years of tradition for this kind of event, why are people surprised at the Queen's subjects would stand in a line for more than 24 hours? It's the Traditions of Pomp and Circumstance that makes the British Monarchy so attractive to the rest of the world...

Reporter mentioned they had their backs to the coffin:( Represents honor courage. This is a visual scene worldwide. King and siblings show there grief! They shar and show their feelings. So humbling sincere and openness I love it.

I’m an American, son of a Portuguese born mother and a French born father. I have no use for any monarchy, but Queen Elizabeth was special. Her love of country, duty and her people is inspiring and needs to be acknowledged and respected. It’s so repulsive to read the comments from hateful people wishing her pain in death. They are vile and disgusting!!! God bless the Queen….

for this brief time I don't see 3 princes + a princess...I see just 4 mourning people paying their deepest respects for their beloved departed mother

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL TRIBUTE BY HER CHILDREN.... YOU COULD SEE THE WEIGHT OF THE GRIEF AND OF THE OFFICE ON THE FACE OF KING CHARLES

I’m so touched what an example of dedication not only to their mother the queen but to all the people they represent. We need to bring back some of our wonderful beautiful traditions and not rush through these times and ceremonies and processions. We must just appreciate life, each other and honor and respect each other:)

I caught myself holding my breath through the whole procession! So real a moment, and a beautiful new tradition. While it's an honor to have this moment shared with us, I'm sad they feel they HAVE to share this moment with us. May God be with you in your times of grief.

I can’t imagine how very hard King Charles, Princess Anne, Prince Andrew and Prince Edward must keep their tears and feelings on the situation like that 🥹🥹. RIP Ma‘am🙏❤️
