Thank you so much for this. You don’t understand how much I needed to hear this!! I’ve been fighting for so long I don’t know who I am anymore but something in me keeps going no matter what I’m going through. I’ve lost most my family and friends to death I’ve split from my partner and miss my son so much. And most days I struggle to look at people or even get out of bed, but that spark keeps me pushing through the darkness and one day I might see that little light shining back at me again

Man it’s like you’ve ripped this from my very soul. I’ve been so close to the brink lately. But I have to keep going and I can’t/won’t give life the sick pleasure of making me another statistic. The world has an epidemic of losing too many good men by their own sword right now. I’ve got kids to keep me going, but sometimes that doesn’t even feel like enough. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other warriors! It will get better. Thank you for this content, you’re doing more good than you realize.

I wont give up .... I have chronic disease that start give me pain....always when I start workout I hate it....but I dont care anymore I must continue workout I cant stop because if I stop I lose my muscular body...I love workout, but one thing what give me motivation, when my doctor say I can continue workout and I dont need to fear pain

Thank you I really needed this over the past ten years iv walked through hell with having my daughter used against me but I have my new girlfriend to live for I got to keep going for her she needs me I won't give up im determined no matter the tears behind closed doors I won't stop fighting I will keep standing
