I’m just coming to the end of David Hawkins’ book “Letting Go” and spent yesterday releasing a LOT of grief. I woke this morning with a little energy for the first time in years! Be kind to your self... forget the day of which you have endured, good or bad forgive the negative things that have happened and say thank you for existing to experience those good or bad things. Never deny yourself some alone quiet time, if it be before bed, or in the shower.... this is a good song to listen to. I listened to this when I was in the hospital with my newborn. I played this and she would fall asleep so quickly and now 7 months later she still does, all 4 of my girls do. Thank you for this song and I hope every one finds that little moment of peace and take some time for your self.
