I find it a cozy and warm dream city. I have never been there but I find it beautiful ... it will be spring there ... I like it.

I grew up here then moved away for a few years after finishing college. A new job brought me back to KC about 6months ago, and I have to say that I REALLY like it here (in spite of thinking that I would hate living here as a post college adult). There is a lot of growth happening and overall the city is making really progressive, urbanist decisions right now. I want to live here because of what I think KC will be in 5-10 years. Strongly recommend visiting.

Kansas City looks really tidy. Easy to drive around. Looks quite historical in ways too.

I had no idea that Kansas could be this beautiful, clean, organize and cultured. I'm non american and love to watch videos on cities in US, this city surely underrated. Would love to visit it someday.
  • Wow! USA has many wonderful cities on earth. I can't wait to travel to USA and explore those many beautiful places. KC Missouri is the shit and I love everything I have seen in this video.

I have lived in KC for 35 years and I retired 3 years ago. I am in a bicycling group and we ride the streets all the time. It really is a beautiful city, and it is amazing to see it on a bicycle.

Nice video of downtown! I would've been tired long before City Market. Hopefully you will also do a Westport windwalk.. And the Plaza at night in the winter. I'm sure that would rival everywhere else in the world.

watching this video brought back so many bitter-sweet memories. some parts look the same but they aren't by a long shot! i so wish i could go back to the old kcmo and live it again.
  • I’m thinking about moving to KC after graduating from Iowa State. Good enough distance to be away from the family but also close enough to visit.

I left Kansas City for college and have lived out west ever since. It was amazing to see parts of downtown I was familiar with in the 70;s and 80's. Midland Thearter, Empire Theater...etc. There used to be an arcade not too far from there along with a comic book store (or a magazine store) next door to that. Even though the Kansas City then could not compare with the Kansas City now, I miss the old Kansas City and appreciate the much improved Kansas City. I often think about moving back. Maybe one day. Thanks for selecting the perfect route for your walking tour. I suspect some people do not like being filmed but from the looks of it everyone was chill. Thanks!
