Markquis Nowell was having himself a night at the World’s Most Famous Arena. He’s taking some bad shots, but he’s come up big with clutch baskets and great playmaking

Game of the tournament so far! The backdoor lob late sums up this KSU team perfectly. So entertaining how they play with so much flair

Nowell has got to be the best in the country at creating inside scoring opportunities for his teammates. He's a passing wizard!

Fantastic game !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Michigan St. has nothing to be ashamed of.
  • Markquis Nowell is a March madness legend forever, bro is turning into kemba walker in that insane UConn championship run, I wouldn’t be shocked if k-state wins it all this year bc of him, keyonte, massoud and their coach

Instant classic. One of the most stressful games I have ever watched. Go cats.

From a lifelong Spartan - very well played guys! This one hurt, but I have spent a fair amount of time in "the Little Apple" years ago, and if we had to lose, I can't think of a team I'd rather lose to. Now go win it ALL!

Here are some of the feel-good storylines for this year's K-State team: -Keyontae Johnson's return to the court -Markquis Nowell playing out of his mind as a massively undersized 5'8" point guard -This is Jerome Tang's first year not only as head coach of the Cats, but his first year as an HC anywhere -The team brought in ELEVEN new players after being down to just Nowell and Massoud from last year's roster -The team was picked to finish LAST PLACE in the Big 12 this season They feel like the team of destiny in this year's tournament.
  • One of the best NCAA games ever!! K-State we are so very proud of the teams athletic ability to stay focused to the end!❤❤❤

Geez! I thought that Gonzaga vs UCLA from a couple years ago was the greatest March Madness game I’ve ever seen. What a game! That was an absolutely insane game, congrats Kansas State!!
