  • This fight make the character of Kimura exceed heaven , I loved this character, the real nobody with great determination
  • @DK.._
He might not won but he successfully got the best out of himself and did his job the best way possible. He doesn't need to win to be our champ
  • @omari2306
I cried so hard when i saw him there standing up in the ring half concious with his fists damn raised on guard showing the last of his fighting spirit. If it where not by hajime no ippo i would have never got into working out and boxing, truly changed my life.

A simple man with simple goals. A hard worker getting one chance against the champion out of pure luck, and somehow putting on more of a show than any of the higher ranked men could. Despite his massive regret in this fight, Kimura sure as hell talked, and backed it up. He made Mashiba remember his name. All that is to say that Morikawa cooked with this one. Simple as that. Edit: And a great AMV to pair with this great arc! Good stuff.
  • Even after being hated by the author who created him, Kimura still fights on and wins the hearts of the fandom.

Кимура замотивировал меня не сдаваться и идти дальше,сейчас я могу лишь сказать одно,если бы не этот персонаж аниме,меня бы не было

The truth is that in real life we all want to be ippo but we are Kimura...

"Don't stop him ! For him, the fight isn't over yet, he is still fighting ! He is still fighting..." ngl but Aoki got me crying with that line, bro was knocked out cold and still had that dawg in him, he still had those killer eyes able to scare the living shit out of Mashiba, a human who have never experienced fear in his life. I've always appreciated Kimura as a funny side character like Aoki, but that movie solidified him as an absolute badass, a madman. Kimura's dad said he did great, nah, it's more than that. Kimura was not a boxer on that ring, he was a hero. He fought like a hero, a brave, courageous and mighty hero. I was so pissed that he didn't won, because he was the real winner of this fight. He didn't won the fight, but he won my heart, and the hearts of all the Korakuen Hall too, and that is the true victory. Just by the cheers of the audience and the reaction of Mashiba after his second called him the winner, we can clearly see who won the fight that day. Mashiba is never gonna forget this fight, and certainly not this man's name, the first and probably only one that has and ever will instill fear in his soul : a man named Tatsuya Kimura. damn that shii got me emotional af

wish there were more animes that were "realistic" kimura is an average dude who just loves boxing not the most talented but he puts his heart and soul into it. just like most people that arent blessed with the utmost talent, we try our best to climb to the top in this damned world.
  • @No888.
Most of us are like kimura We try our best, we have no talent, we give our best but without achieving success. Although we achieve something no matter how small
  • Mashiba is one of my favorite characters too, Kimura deserves credit for this fight. Both are goat
  • @skraby193
bro, kimura was one of the few that really pushed mashiba to his limits, mashiba looked really scared
  • Kimura é definitivamente meu personagem favorito, ele é apenas um boxeador normal no meio de tantos Monstros.
