I have just seen some advertisements on slot cars, I did this as a kid and to be honest, didn’t know it was still around. Did it in Thomastown about 30+ years ago. Wouldn’t mind doing it again with my kids

G'day Shane and Fellow slot heads,also glue motor and bearings in with 5 minute araldite not super glue. Araldite is easily removed does no damage,also when you cut those axle Posts.whith bearings put araldite between the top's of bearing holder and bearing just enough to sit on top of the 2 black Tips and bearing.make sure you clean all oil,grease, crap off with methylated spirits will not damage chassis accept painted part's of chassis also if bearings are sloppy in chassis have rear axle suspended off bench.
