  • Oh I loved that. Born and raised in Munich, and still coming back once a year for a month. Very few things I did not know about, much appreciated. I lived right next to the Englischer Garten for three years, like 30 seconds walk, kinda backyard, and I loved a few trees I hugged every day , and played Frisbee and got stoned on the 'Big lawn' in front of Monopterus. And up there I met one of the women who changed my life forever. I love Munich and my roots there, cheers, and of course I love Weissbier, especially 'Andechser Hefeweizen Naturtrüb'.

    I ❤️ Munich and Alemanizando ☺️
  • Just wanted to mention that Weißwurstfrühstück isn't something us folks from Munich would usually have for breakfast, as traditionally we wouldn't eat meat or sausages on a weekday. It's something special and was considered a luxury in the old days. Typical traditional breakfast also doesn't include beer, it usually consisted of bread, butter, jam and coffee with milk.
