Swedish Meatballs Recipe

RECIPE:

MEATBALLS:
2 lbs ground beef
1 small onion
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp allspice
1 tsp Italian seasonnig
2 slices of bread (cut up into cubes)
1/4 cup milk

GRAVY
3 tblsp butter (salted or unsalted)
1/2 cup all purpose flour
4 cups broth (chicken, beef, or vegetable)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
1/2 cup sour cream

NOODLES:
Boil egg noodles according to the package directions.
