I remember watching these episodes as a kid, back in the better days... I watch these now, not only for the recipes but also for the nostalgia. I miss when cooking shows isn't about making it look like you are watching the Olympics, it's just your mother's recipes and just stuff that tastes good :)

Add cherry tomatoes, small mozz balls and olives to the first pesto and pasta.Serve cold. So good! 😊

I make her Pasta, Pesto, and Peas frequently but I add pancetta, sun dried tomatoes, and fresh mozzerella balls - and sometimes shrimp

I add half a chopped apple to the curried chicken salad. It adds additional crunch.

The curry chicken salad recipe is lit. I ended up not finding mango chutney, but found a coconut/mango blend and I swapped the celery and raisins for apples--it's incredible!

I adore and have met her at a book signing, (she was so amazing). I’ve made so many successful recipes successfully, I just salt a little bit less . She was such a sweetheart to meet; we were even ridiculous and made Ina t-shirts and had a blast. 🥂 Great cookbooks
