Self Lymphatic Drainage Massage for Swelling

Published 2016-12-17
Swelling causes pain and limited mobility. This video teaches you how to independently drain swelling from any where in your body i.e your knees, ankles, arms, face etc... This is a method that I have used successfully with my patients for many years as well as on my own knees and ankles after surgery and on my face before taking a family picture! If you feel like you may be getting ill it is not a good time to this as it could accelerate you illness. Please consult with your medical provider before doing this if you have any existing medical condition. Enjoy feeling better!

This is remarkable! From doing this one time, my sinuses cleared, the tinnitis (ringing in my ears) decreased very very much, and the arthritic pain in my knees is almost gone -- all from doing this once!!! I've had sinus congestion for almost 40 years, the arthritis for 20, and the tinnitus for more than 10 years -- and all improved dramatically by following along with your video. Thank you and God bless you!
  • Watching this again in 2024 ,after many years, this is still the best lymphatic drainage explanations in you tube!!! thank you
  • Thank you for a highly eloquent way of describing these movements in such easy to understand ways. You are an excellent teacher.

Probably the best health-related video I've ever seen. Love your intuitive approach and it's obvious you are attuned to your body. I've looked at other lymphatic drainage massage videos and they don't come close to this one. Thank you so much for your generous and very thorough demonstration.
  • This video changed me in the most positive way! I had a swollen under arm for a few years and after an ultra sound and an MRI the doctors couldn’t find anything and said the next step was exploratory surgery. I just lived with it and then discovered this video! Thank you so much for this amazing information! I have so much energy and my arm is not nearly as swollen after doing this 2 times!

Thank you so much for putting this wonderful information out! I had endometrial cancer/surgery/radiation many years ago. Eventually I had a surprise lymphedema episode. The excellent surgeon (he probably saved my life from cancer), had nothing to offer for relief from that condition. I did fine a doctor/PT exercises, etc. At the time, I did not realize how important the lymphatic system is -- it is wellness vs. sickness for me. Now with the help of these exercises, I'm able to help myself even more. THANK YOU!

  • I find I get a "lump" and sore in my armpit during my cycle. I could literally feel a bulge of stuck fluid leaving my right armpit doing this. Amazing! Also, my sinus feels better. Thanks you for sharing this video!

Thank you so much. My physical therapist didn’t cover half of these areas. No wonder I still felt swollen and awful until I saw this video

thank you so much for the quick help, because I was about to panic when I see swelling on the side of my cheek and a little bit behind my ear. You worked a mericle! once again thank you and God bless you! 😊👏💖

Thank you so very much. You have such a graceful and nurturing presence. I’m getting over a severe respiratory infection. Did some of this gently and it’s helping me with my recovery. Many blessings to you. Hope you post more videos.🧡🧡

Really well done! Thank you. I had two lymph massages, recommended, a long time ago. I think, now, that the massage therapist really did not know what they were doing. It was just a light massage without all these spots! I had been thinking for years that lymph massage was bogus (maybe what I had was!). What I experienced was nowhere near as thorough or detailed as your video. I love being able to do this myself! (no major issues) Very soothing. You explain it all very clearly. Thank you

This is great! I am learning how to heal myself from a complex, chronic condition which nearly always is worst in the spots and lines you massaged. This is illuminating my body's call for lymphatic drainage! Yay! Thanks!!!

I’m miserable today. All of my lymph nodes are swollen - I’m waiting to see a rheumatologist. This video had me feel immediately better. It seems like I can actually feel the drainage moving freer in some areas. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
  • I can so use this. I feel bloated so much, especially in my face in the morning. Yessss, excellent video.
