How to Perform a Lymphatic Drainage - DIY Face Massage Video to Reduce Facial Swelling

Published 2020-04-19
drsteiger.com/ Lymphatic drainage is often performed after facial plastic surgery procedures. This facial lymphatic drainage will help reduce the swelling and inflammation of your face and help you heal quicker. Many facelift surgery, eyelid surgery, laser surgery, and even filler patients will have several of these lymphatic massages to expedite healing. Our licensed aesthetician explains how to perform the lymphatic drainage on yourself. This can help your healing. As always, having a lymphatic drainage by a professional who has the best equipment and knowledge will yield the best results. One of the biggest keys here is a VERY soft touch. This will help direct all of the fluid into your lymphatic system to help your body eliminate it faster.

  • It helped deflate my face! Thank you so much!!! This is the only mld massage I found online that actually works!
  • This is the first video I found that has left my face stimulated after doing the exercises. I blindly allowed a doctor from the U of M to help me and was put on heavy does of Prednizone, which left me swollen and unhealthy. I got off it in April, it is now October and my swollen face is not yet back to normal. I feel these exercises will help me get back to normal. And on top of this I have been looking for a lymphnotic massage in Hollywood, FL or Hallandale, as I do not drive it has to be local. If you know of anyone in this area please let me know. Thanks so much. And I will follow up once my face gets back to normal.

One of my dear elders had a stroke the other day. Her voice is closed off. I massaged her recently and under her neck on Both sides were swollen. I have a feeling that she needs lymph drainage. She's into accupressure and reflexology. She very coherent. I want to talk to her about this and show her you'r video. I want to know what do honestly you think about my plan of action? Taking to her. If she agrees we will start if she wants to give it a try.

I am a little new to all this. It would help if you demonstrated more slowly or clearly somehow because I am not getting a good sense of how to perform the massage.
