Turn the other cheek doesnt mean "let people abuse you or be a pacifist" it means dont respond on their level. If they insult you dont attack them, if they punch you, you dont have to kill them, but you can defend yourself.

As for Andrew Tate - when I heard his message about Christians being weak because we turn the cheek, Psalm 37:12-13 came to my mind. 12 The wicked plots against the righteous and gnashes his teeth at him, 13 but the Lord laughs at the wicked, for he sees that his day is coming. While the world degrades Christians, while the world persecutes Christians, while the world hates Christians, while the world despises our savior, the Lord Laughs, because there is a day coming when he will deal with them very harshly.
