    I never believe that yoga krrne se yeh problem khatam ho sakti hai pr itne saare positive comment padhne k Baad I think at least I should try it...... You can't imagine I do that all exercise for Only 6 Days and 7th Day I got my periods . . Mere yeh prblm 4 mahino se thi Doctor k pass gye to medicine De k bol Dete the k isnse aa jaye ge prr iss Baar esa nahi hua phir mujhe yt prr yeh Vedio Meli jispe mujhe Bharosa to nahi tha phir bhi mne exercise k or meri prblm khatam ho gye.. those who read my Comment at once you should try it....     Mam thank uh so much I have PCOS problem from five Year's if I take medicine then I got periods but from 5 months I left every medicine..,I saw your videos several time but 5 days ago I followed your asans today I got my periods today I was happy because of you ....May Allah bless you with long & healthy life ..Ameen !!

    Thank you so much. I followed this video for 2 days and finally got my periods on the 3rd day . To anyone suffering from irregular periods , do all these exercises with a very positive mindset and drink ginger water every night . This worked for me.

  • I was not getting my periods since 3 months. I did several exercise but nothing favoured me then helplessly I took medicines for 10 days only. After taking those medicines also I didn't got my periods. But this holy grail yoga video saved me in 2 days only. I did this yoga along with some other yoga videos only for 2 days and Today I got my periods finally. 😭😭😭 Honestly speaking I didn't followed any diet plan but just increased my water intake and used to take jeera jaggery or turmeric with warm water in every evening that's it. Thanks a lot for this video. ❤️😭 THIS VIDEO HAVE WONDER HEALING POWER ISTG. 😭💯
