Hi Mr LIPTON, I would like to thank you for all those lessons your giving us. Thanks for taking the time to explain those things that might be obvious for you but really are a freakin huge database of knowledge for hobbyists like me. And over all, thanks for the metric conversions! As I'm french I really appreciate this attention to detail. Cheers professor Tom, Paris, France

Thank you for the video, I have a bunch of slitting saws from an estate sale and now I know how to use them. Thanks again.
-
Thanks for another cool and well done video. Really appreciate your demonstration on finding subjects on previously watched videos. Very helpful.
-
Tom, nice work. This was the first lesson I've seen on YouTube on use of a slitting saw. Needles to say I learned a lot. Didn't know that about taking it all off in one pass, I've been making that mistake. Thanks much for the great lesson.

This is an awesome video. Thanks! It is appreciated! Cheers from minnesota!

Hi Tom, I've been beating my head against the wall with a slitting saw. I searched for a video on slitting saws and came across this video that allowed me to make my cut easily! Thank you so much!!!!

Hi Tom: Thanks for adding some onions to the meatloaf ( telling us about the search engine, it's a big help ). Have a good one...Kevin...

I so look forward to Monday meatloaf. You are a machining rock god. Thanks for sharing your time and talent Mr. Wizzard. All the best, Chuck!

Great information on the different slitting saws and cutters and their different uses.

Hi Tom, well done. It's Always a pleasure look at your video and learn something new for us machinist amateur. Greetings from Milano-Italy

thanks for the search function on videos and slitting saws. Some day show slitting small diameter and small length tubing.

Thanks Tom always a pleasure to get another helping of that Ox Meatloaf. Very good slitting saw overview, kind of an Arbor-Trary subject. It interesting to now know about the counter-intuitive go for broke slitting saw technique, it makes total sense when someone tells you why, another good Ox-tail. The Oxen are Watch'en.

Hey Tom, Great video and thanks for that YT tags and search explanation. I was not aware of the search on tags capability and I have been using tags all wrong but fortunately I don't have many to fix. All the best,Robin

Hi Tom ! You learned me of lot of things in all your videos - I think I've seen them all ! Thx for mentioning me in your meatloaf 15 about the center finder and, as I told you before, your eyes for design is just incredible - adding that bulge around the center hole just adds to the design way up - AND it has a function too ! JUST TOP DESIGN ! BUT now you should listen - I can teach YOU a little: You can NOT use the center finder to find 1/3, 1/4 or 1/5 the distance across by adding holes between the center hole and the pins/rollers - I thought so myself when I first saw John DobbleBoost making his - it's NOT posible because of the pins or your rollers ! The design of the pins have to be like my drawing here and at the same time it solves a pair of other problems (marking holes near the end, marking with exact distances) - as allways you can Google Translate to any language in the combobox to the right just under the menu line - look here: http://kelds.weebly.com/laeligre-til-opmaeligrkning.html I'll make one of these in the future, but my line of projects are getting longer and longer ... so, WHEN, I don't know ! BUT remember when you've done all your projects ... then you die !

Thanks for the slitting saw coverage, helped a lot!

I used slitting saws at my first machinist job. I don't remember ever cutting steel with them, though; only aluminium. I often used them to part ingots down the middle as it would often do a quicker and cleaner job than the bandsaw the shop had.

Ha I just found the information I needed. Many thanks you deserve a sub

very good lesson, thanks for the info, Richard
