I love the doctors who are trying to prevent disease instead of slapping a bandaid on the problem. Bravo!!

This man needs some kind of Nobel prize. His services to mankind are fantastic
  • I am a 30 year Registered Nurse. Your explanations are SO SO informative and understandable! You should be in charge of the country’s school system nutritional program. Seriously. God bless you for helping us confused Americans.
  • I am 82 years old. You got me on a journey of intermittent fasting and low carb eating. I have decreased 30 lbs in weight and feel better. can all this help reverse the damage I have done to myself? Hopefully at least some. When I get old I do not want to be he old guy in a wheel chair and someone wipes the slobber off my chin. I want to LIVE 'til I die. Thanks

My cardiologist said that to me. "If you're not hungry don't eat. It doesn't matter if I only feel hungry at night, eat only when you're hungry."

Thank you for such vital information. I am nearly 71 and female. I was visiting my brother who is 65 my other brother popped in and they both look 30 years older than me. They have bad health. The male nurse who pops in 4 times a day to give my brother yet another handful of his meds. 38 every day! Both my brothers had just had birthdays, the youngest 61, when I said, lol bro. That makes me neatly 71. The nurse said WHAT? I thought you were the baby of the family! My brothers looked at me and said, good Lord! How come you look so young? My answer food/nutricition. Active life style!!!! I do not wear make up or have any false procedures.

  • Thank you so much. 2 years ago I sustained an injury, gained 20kg and hit menopause. Stretchy pants were my friend. I figured this was how it was going to stay. Then I found you. I've lost 10 kg in 3 months and burned the stretchy pants. As an added bonus my rosacea is almost all gone. Thank you for helping all of us.
  • Why does this man not have at least 1MM subscribers with all the great knowledge he is providing us for FREE! I am on a health journey and find your information to not only be extremely helpful but easy to understand and follow. My goal for 2022 is to have a BMI or 24 or less. Currently I am at 54!!

Your extremely well groomed beard makes my caveman brain trust your wisdom by default. Lol Love your videos doctor, you are making health accessible to common people, thank you.

This is the best nutrition channel on YouTube. This Dr. Has it right. Every video is beneficial and practical. He doesn't black list a apple or orange. I did learn no sugar in the morning from this doctor so I have a piece of fruit in the afternoon. Really appreciate this Doctors efforts. BTW he isn't selling anything! Keep doing what your doing we are listening.
  • @46reno
He has a wonderful way of explaining things. It’s after 1AM and I am still up listening to him.
  • @mcneilbelle
I like how he gets mad for 3 seconds and then goes back to normal 🤣🤣🤣 love everything you do doctor 🙏🏽
  • Ever since I saw his first video on fasting for survival one year ago my health is sooo good. Grateful to this caring man.
  • RNBSN 40 years here and I’m telling you this is one of the first times I’ve ever had all of this explained so that both my husband and myself can understand and process it. Thank you thank you thank you!
  • @annacama8313
The fact that he's knowingly sharing this wisdom to help people makes me believe he's a truly kind individual. Because if in the event people actually start implementing this knowledge, he won't have as much income because people would end up being healthier. Alas, many people will not stop. Thank you Dr.!!!!!
  • @itsakittyting
I am shocked about the reheated oil! I always cook for 2 days, so the 2nd day is reheated; had no idea this causes transfats. Thank you DrJ!
  • @emptysea1137
Love the beard and the passion. It’s a war against refined sugar and processed food! The Doc is a champion!👍👍👍
  • @ericroll
This is the first time I've heard that Carbohydrate grams multiplied by 4 = Calories. That's extremely helpful! Thanks!
