I tried this recipe with one HUGE change. I did it with water based tuna. Delish! Huge hit. I'm going to try another po' substitution and try it with canned crab meat.

Let me tell you, your channel is soooo much better than most other cooking channels! Yes, your recipes are great and actually work like they are supposed to but more than that. So many channels have that annoying music and either don't even include the ingredients with measurements or put the words on the screen. It's hard to cook if you have to watch the screen! Plus they offer no explanation on techniques or the reasons behind them. Keep up the delicious work!!
