This just gave me so much peace after. I’ve been putting so much pressure on myself proving myself to God, feeling responsible for others being saved and even thinking I need to rush 🙉 amen that now I can rest with doing enough 🙏🏻

Jesus you are my strength guide me I’m overwhelmed at times both of my sons are special needs and require so much from me. Jesus I need your help providing for my children so that they may have all they need. Lord I’m constantly struggling each month to pay rent and I struggle to buy groceries, for my sons I’m ashamed. God is good anytime

This is just what I needed to hear. I’ve felt like this for the last couple of months. Many preachers emphasize not doing enough, saying you should be preaching the gospel and delivering people from demons. It definitely makes you feel like you’re letting God down if you’re not preaching the gospel on every street corner or in public places. I definitely want to serve the Lord, but I still feel very uneducated when it comes to knowing and preaching the gospel of Christ.

Serving Jesus is the greatest life that anyone can live, it’s a marriage. It really means something to receive his Name. He is the husbandman and we are his bride.

I need God no one else.

I relate so much to feeling responsible and burdened to help others above what God expects from me. The best way I’ve been able to mitigate the anxiety and pressure of trying to be everyone’s “savior” is by realizing the power in prayer. I may not always be there or have an answer or meet a need immediately, but when I take them to prayer first I feel comfort and relief. I came from a very chaotic and unstable home environment that caused me to search for acceptance in people. I tried so hard to fit in with the crowd and make myself known that once I finally got to the end of myself there was no one there to rebuild me except God telling me I’m worthy to be in the kingdom and he loves me even if I don’t know who me is yet. I had to be reintroduced to who I am through God’s eyes and that work can’t be imitated or done by me for others. They need to experience the freedom, deliverance, healing, and uplifting love in Christ becoming their savior first and then my brother/sister next.
