It took some digging but I found a description of the suppect. He is described as a black male in his 40s with a bald head and goatee last seen driving the stolen blue Subaru from the scene. The stolen Subaru was recovered, so don't expect him to still be driving the car. If you have any information on him, please report it to proper authorities.

My prayers to the family and loved ones of this victim! A women in her 80's carjacked by someone who most likely should have still been in jail from previous crimes (85% of the time). At what point do we change the laws to hold the prosecutor and judges liable for endangering public safety??? And when do we hold the voters accountable for voting for Democrats who do not support law and order? If you vote Democrat do not complain about crime you are responsible for this mess and its only going to get worse!
