Since the invasion, Russia's Putin has never once apologized or expressed regret when confronted with reports of the high number of Ukrainian civilian casualties, whether intentional or accidental. This is probably one of the characteristics of Russia's or Putin's disregard for human life and humanity.

Get your facts right. Epicenter is NOT hardware store like Ace. Its a GIANT home improvement store like Home Depot mixed with a shopping mall. Its home depot/walmart with a seperate grocery store chain often inside. it has florist, bank restaurant etc. its really like hitting a shopping mall.
