The 'I&I' video features the likes of Kabaka Pyramid, No-Maddz, Jesse Royal, Hempress Sativa, Jah9, Chronixx plus members of Zincfence, Pentateuch and Raging Fyah along with other familiar faces. Members of Protoje's band, The Indiggnation, are also prominent in various scenes.
What made the whole ordeal special was that it was more than just a mere music video shoot. According to author Dutty Bookman, who assisted with organizing the march, it was revolutionary action.
"The music video was more like a smokescreen," Bookman recalled. "We handed out some thought-provoking leaflets with inspiring words from Haile Selassie I, Marcus Garvey and Walter Rodney. I could see that drivers and pedestrians really appreciated the information they were receiving."

Protege, thanks for the positive, uplifting, mind-opening music!!! American music stations do not support international music like this. Other countries support American artist musicians. This type of music is needed to wake up American black people who are lost on who they really are!! They only want us to listen to music that dumbs you down especially "black" music...sad. You can't open your mind to bird calls and sounding like you are on LSD all day and auto-tuning...smh!

Peace from New Orleans, La. Shouts to the gorgeous "Jah9", the essence of Peter Tosh that is "Chronixx" and the new age Steele Pulse band that is "No-Maddz" in this tuff tune! When I first peep'd this tune a while back i had no idea who none of those artist were, but I know now! I was like, "oh shit! There goes...!" and "Shit! That's the beautiful...!". Lol.
