Literally wouldn’t change anything. The plan would only apply to landlords with over 50 units in their portfolio, who account for roughly half of the rental market. All they have to do is split their portfolio to one LLC per 50 units, and they’re good. It just costs them a little extra money to do that, which of course means that fee is passed on to you, the renter.
