10/14/21: Improved RNG, special notes spawn less!

Current Features:
Damage Notes: Damage your score by 50 if pressed. (K to toggle)
Goo Notes: Block the scroll area with turquoise and pink goo if pressed. G to toggle.
Vanish Notes: Makes the hitbox disappear temporarily! V to toggle.
Keybinds: Press Q and set the keys you hit for the notes to anything!
