JC here and I am a ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Precision Nutrition Certified and I have been in the fitness industry for almost 2 decades now, and a Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition certified since 2015. I have a passion for helping busy people reach their wildest goals. It's not easy but it's pretty simple, The secret formula is consistency over time.

I transitioned into the online fitness platform 5 years ago when we had our first son. As a full time Dad to my now 5 and 3 year old, running my online business gives me the freedom to raise my children and also have more than enough time for each of my clients.
