I am a retired museum professional, a wife, a mother and grandmother who enjoys sharing my knowledge of cooking and canning. I was born and raised in the Columbia Valley in the heart of the southern interior region of British Columbia. Both my parents were born here so our roots run deep and I love to share information about my family and their relationship to food. I hope you will join me in my journey.
