You improved yourself in an uncomfortable situation while creating an amazing piece of content. Sorry you had to deal with that level of toxicity but that person could learn a thing from you. Great 10/10 video. Subscribed 👍
  • This video isn't pointless, and as a genji main I'm glad we have another man in our army STAY STRONG AND KEEP ASKING FOR HEALING!
  • @TheSoCanadian
Your genji was actually pretty impressive. It definitely is not at the masters level but I think for never playing him it was quite impressive. A few quick tips that I noticed in the video, 1. Use your melee more with genji. Dash right click melee is how i secure 99% of my kills with genji. 2. Learn how to dash at targets without overshooting them. Especially during blade this is important, you can aim at their feet to stop dashing so you won’t fly past them and can instantly follow up! Hope someone finds this useful ❤

It's so nice hearing you talk about the toxicity that one can experience playing this kind of games. I myself sometimes think about how bad someone is playing until I imagine other possibilities about why they're playing like that, maybe they're practicing, maybe it's their first time playing or they're trying a new character. It rlly helps me calm down and be less salty since I also wouldn't like if someone tries to be mean to me while I'm trying my best. Anyways, love the vid<33
  • As a genji main myself, I want to take time to say how much I appreciate the last included bit. It’s a serious issue with how much words can hurt someone’s self image and discourage them from playing how they want to. I actually was scarred from competitive for a while because of how nasty people were to me when I first started out playing Genji, I refused to play competitive after those words and I was ashamed to even be playing Genji because of what they said. I played quick play for over 100 hours on genji, and it’s only until now when I saw this video that it allowed me to finally get back my confidence and try competitive again, no matter what anyone says about how I play. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for this video, it’s so much more than just entertainment and it inspired me to play competitive again :))
  • The singular kill on bastion in the practice range followed by “I’m ready” fucking killed me😂

i wish more people heard that last message. i get frustrated by my team's performance all the time but i never ever flame them for it as nothing positive comes from it. i hope more people share the same sentiment. also, sorry you encountered that toxic individual. this vid wasnt for nothing and your work is great man
  • Damn you've barely even touched some of the most fun heroes... Your missing out, Junker queen, echo, Ramattra, are all insanely fun and some of my favorites. But 2 hours on Genji is criminal he's easily top 3 most fun characters to play in the entire game
  • I never play overwatch but it's a great video and I often play league and know how demotivating it is to get flamed and insulted
  • This video was very enjoyable, you have a good sense of humor and I am looking forward to your future videos :)
  • Woah, thought you were a big YouTuber for a second. Definitely gonna watch more, this type of content is very interesting and your editing style is great

Thank you for making this video. Im a new player to Overwatch 2 with about 40+ hours in. I have encountered quite a few toxic lobbies. Fortunately im an old man (47) so I just laugh at those sad individuals who hurl insults at me for being trash while im still learning the game. Never let anybody bring you down and never apologise to these people. Keep up the great work and youve just earnt a sub. :)
  • Glad u were calm, and loved the honest talk .. ur now your content is not just about enjoying the game. Its also about self improvement .. so thumbs up 👍🏼 and keep up the hard work man love ur content 👌🏼🫶🏼🙏🏼
  • Awesome video mate im a long time Genji main myself and you learned so much so fast, was so sick to see! 😛💯 Also amazing to see you address toxicity it ruins games so much 😭
  • @naptime1
Honestly such a fun video and seeing your growth and process of getting better throughout the video was fun to watch. Also the way you handled the toxicity and the moral at the end about staying positive was very nice. Cant wait to watch more of your stuff in the future! 👍
  • Thank you for these vids, i just started playing OW litterally 3 days ago and Im having a blast playing support heroes! The segment at the end really hit me, almost every game our tank runs off on their own and rages at me for not being a good healer lmao
  • @socopxe1978
I almost never watch YouTube videos without skipping 10 seconds every minute, you actually made me watch the full video without skipping parts. Really entertaining, you deserve to reach a million subs
  • @darkhoIme
i'm so sorry about your comp experience man :(( i have hundreds of hours of genji and yeah i have also experienced it, not giving up is the key tho. i enjoyed this video a lot so yeah subscribed :)) keep going man
  • @bayronfuentes4788
Love your videos bro I just started watching your videos yesterday and I’m hooked on your “I spent 10 hour” videos because it shows that playing one character and going on after the losses can really be worth it
  • I did not expect this video to take me on a journey but ooh boy was I wrong. Major respect for sticking to your guns and wadding through the mud that is toxicity— something I have trouble with as I never played OW1. Needless to say, I am looking forward to future videos with great anticipation. Keep it up!
