I really believe Death is like this. Kind and gentle, not frightening as media portrays them. These stories make me cry, but I love how warm Death is. And how Life and Death are oldest and greatest friends as well!

Love how Death would do anything to make those who "passed" felt relieve even bowing down to a lion and called him a King

"No one should have to try so hard to be loved" I think that line hit me the hardest. Humans hate things easily. It's easy to hate. And yet loving things is so much harder. Despite love being a far more welcome feeling to most.

The man who Voices The Reaper is wonderful at showing grief, sadness, compassion, kindness, gentleness and truth all in one. These comics show that the Reaper is not in fact evil or bad but someone who brings a gentle and kind hand and voice when leaving the land of the living. As well as the friendship Reaper has with LIFE for without life there cannot be death. These 2 listen to each other about their duties while trying to understand each other.

"Maybe I was a bad dog..." "No, you just happened to love bad people." This hits me harder than it should've.
  • This is the version of the reaper I like to believe, he isn't a cruel or mean entity, it's a kind and caring entity who gives comfort to the dead before taking them to the afterlife

I love the way Death is portrayed. I never agreed with him being portrayed as evil or scary. He doesn’t kill you, he’s just the friend that walks with you and accompanies you

The way death says to life “ i love losing to you shows he doesn’t want people to die but it’s his job Edit: wow 255 views thanks everyone
  • Death was voiced absolutely perfectly. A kind, patient, deep voice that demands respect as well as soothes fear.
  • “It’s time to go, human, me is the death, but don’t be scared!” This made my day

"A budgie! What's your name?" "Shut up." "Exuse me? Uhm, that's what they called me.. Shut up " That one hit me really hard...
  • The most wholesome part of this is when death sees life and says I love losing to you just proves how much he cares for the living

" Death is a part of Living . You do not leave life , You follow it into the next chapter . " ~Loving Reaper

As a scuba diver, the shark one was really painful, I know there are some naturally aggressive shark types, but most sharks are actually really really chill, one in a million actually love humans and ask them for pets and hugs, that level of cruelty is just too painful, imagine someone cut off your arms and legs, three you in a closed off room, with no ventilation, and you just slowly suffocate

“Maybe I was a bad dog..” “No! You just happened to love bad people..” Wisest words from the wisest being, Death himself..

Bro this was literally just a half hour of crying. That lion episode really got me when he started talking and saying my king.
  • “Why are we back here?” “Look” “That’s my mom!” I’m in tears
  • @francesca1535
“No one should try so hard to be loved” That hit me harder than my mom’s gaslighting
