honestly this makes me sad, when I was younger, I use to have horrible self- esteem, epically with my body, when in reality I was actually smaller than I thought. Now days I am on the "husky side" and sometimes I think that way again, and I tell myself that it is stupid to think that way, you want to know why because everything negative, I think about myself is just simply ... me. And realizing that helped me so much, I hope one day everyone realizes that anything "wrong" with them is simply ... them, no matter what it is, big or small.
