For all the people wondering. This dog and bear are both alive. Dogs have been in that location for 37 years. This bear was by a dog sanctuary located 15kms out of town. There is over 50 dogs out there. They are tied up so they cant run all over the land. These are the last dogs of there bred and are being looked after by brian ladoon in churchill manitoba. Dont let media fool you. Manitoba conservation has also checked this area alot. And have never said its animal cruelty. These dogs are very happy. You can even pet them. Brian goes out and feeds the dogs everyday. He is very passionate about what he does. Stop seeing the negative.

So a very big update! The owner of the dogs died 2 years ago. Sad day for the dogs. The dogs were still being taken care of by people he trained. But a horrific thing has happened. A pack of wolves have come in and killed the dogs during a snow storm in the middle of the night. Im very saddened by this. There was only a couple that survived. Sad day for the last breed of eskimo huskies 😭

If I saw a dog tied up to a chain and a polar bear came up to him, I wouldn't giggle and think it's cute id be freaked terrified for the dog.

When i realized that the pup really couldn't escape,my thought was "This is bullshit!".

Once that dog stands up you can tell it's scared to death and wants to run.

I have to say, I was so upset to see the dog chained and at the mercy of that polar bear. Should the bear have decided to be unfriendly, there is literally NOTHING the dog could’ve done. Not even run away. And as you can see in the video the dog was nervous and trying to get away. I can’t believe people think that’s cute!
