I am back at it with another eyeshadow palette review. Today I will be reviewing the Jeffree Starr New Blood Money Eyeshadow, swatching, and a mini-tutorial on it. The eyeshadows were smooth and creamy to touch. It has a matte, metallic, and super wet finish. The packaging is very luxurious with a minty crocodile faux leather type. I hope you enjoy my review.
