I am still using the solfeggio frequencies . i have tried quite a few now . They are so helpful to me . I am 81 years old now and still enjoying life . I am in France on holiday . I drove from Wales to Charente 500 miles . I love driving and am pleased with my concentration and stamina . I do pace myself with plenty of rests on the way . Long may it continue . 🤩🤩

I have been using this for a couple of weeks and have had super results so far , I am sleeping through the night .A large crossword puzzle was taking me 30 minutes to finish is now down to 18 mins. my recall has improved beyond measure , I am surprised and delighted .
