The fact that a male lion on average weighs in between 400-500lbs and can still jump that high and lift his entire body weight up like that should tell you how strong they are.

I knew lions could climb, but that was a bit easier for him than I'd expected.

moat - a deep, wide trench, usually filled with water, surrounding the rampart of a fortified place, as a town or a castle.

You can see him doing the calculations in his head. The wind is blowing in this direction, this thing is so-so high, I need to be this far away to begin my jump and voila. QED.

To me,Lions are the most beautiful and majestic creatures on the planet. The way they move in such confidence.

I like how he hesitated like he wasn't confident he could make it, yet he did it with ease.

That's a powerful beast. He's over 500 lbs. and still, so agile. Can you imagine an animal like that jumping on you?
