COMPUTER GAME CAFES IN KOREA - WHAT ARE THEY LIKE? Riot games league of legends.

Published 2022-10-11
I go on a mini adventure to a computer game cafe in Seoul, Korea. I've never been inside one but it felt like the right time to go. The person at the front checked my age and asked me to sign a document saying that I was going to honor all the regulations that came along with playing at their place. It was all pretty straight forward. These are also known as PC Bangs. They are everywhere all over Korea and usually 24h. It's a league of legends place by riot games.

As a gamer this was funny to watch. All of the logins that you did not have are the different apps people have accounts with where they purchased their own copy of the game. A lot of these games have skins and people purchase and use them at the cafes, or try to improve their in game ranks in the competitive modes. It basically just lets you use your personal accounts. Also a side note, that place is really cool and has a lot of history with the game League of Legends. If I remember correctly the LCK is pretty much just their professional league of legends league, where all the best players in Korea play against each other. Its an absolutely MASSIVE sport there, and some of the best players in the world continuously come from Korea. Great video! :)

The shirts are LoL shirts I think. Sk Telecom's T1 team is the best LoL team in history, with the best player in history (Faker). They won the 'Worlds' (like the Champions League tournament of LoL) 3 times
