Loved this music frequency ❤ my only complaint is there were commercials every five minutes for the first hour which was disruptive for my meditation. Had to keep skipping them and get back in the flow of meditating

I love this stuff been experimenting with new ones every night for about three weeks they all put me to sleep fast and keep me asleep for longer times then when I dont use it to sleep...
