So sick of people acting like Steph just shoots 3s. Dude is torching 3-4 players and working the lane constantly.

What's so crazy is the respect that Reggie gives Steph when he played against Jordan and when he was considered the best shooter in his time. I remember my coach yelling at us for shooting 3s and asking if we thought we were Reggie Miller?

Curry is definitely top 10, not even a question at this point. His imprint on the game for both men and women is undeniable.
  • His stamina, endurance, basketball IQ, and timing...solidify top ten! But at his position? I think you have to see the layers of what it means to dominate the way he has done, and did in game 7.
  • Last night.... the way Curry dribbled away from defense with perfect balance and not rushing it either so collected finds a little open space like an artist and makes the 3. The calm dribbling was more impressive then the open shot made.
  • I've been saying it for a while....Steph Curry is todays kids hero its not lebron, kd, or any of these other dudes...I work at a high school and elementary school and I see Curry Jerseys, I see kids chucking up 3s its crazy how the media tells us who the best players are and who has the most influence but the kids SHOW us who they look up to and its been Steph Curry by far for the last 7-8 years.
  • Just incredible to watch Steph easily dribbles the ball around 3/4 players and then score. He is like a Globetrotter playing in the NBA !!!
  • At my 61 yrs old I experiencing watching NBA games I admired all of them especially those star players regarding their abilities, style, age, generation, heights, popularities.but for me I enjoyed watching Stephen curry the way he play dribbling ,assist, creating play for open shot, shooting abilities.

Respect to Reggie Miller for saying we have to value Bill Russell for those championship 👏

Reggie Miller played the game from 1987 to 2005. A collective of stars stood in his career that prevented him to win a championship but he stayed with Indiana Pacers from start to finished. So he is a one man one team one career type of person. Loyalty in short. That is probably why he respect stars like Kobe and Duncan even though these 2 prevented some of his championship challenges. Jordan also stopped him 6 times, Olajuwon twice, Isiah Thomas twice. He also witnessed Magic's last championship during his rookie year. So to see Steph Curry performed and achieved 4 championships with the same GSW franchise for 15 years is another example of loyalty which sync with his own character, that's probably why he keep harping on Bill Russell as well. Larry Bird whom is a Celtic legend himself coached Reggie Miller in his Pacers days also influenced his 3 point shooting career. Just like Steve Kerr(another Reggie's former rival) influenced Stephen Curry. All these shooters including Ray Allen respected each other's games greatly. Reggie definitely appreciates the appearance of Steph Curry because he revolutionise the game to elevate the importance of 3 point shooting to every fans regardless of height differences. That's the impact Curry brings to the table. Anyone can win multiple champions regardless of your height as long as you put in the hard work of training and honing your skills.
  • Curry has been the most impactful player of the last 10 years
I didn’t say BEST
I said IMPACTFUL
his presence presents an anxiety for other teams
I have PTSD from his movement and shooting ability
😂😂
  • Gotta respect and admire Reggie’s humility in this one!

Millers An amazing dude. He has to watch curry do what he does and get all the accolades. When he knows that was his style back then. Yet he praises the hell out of him and never hates. Miller were around now he’d be the best shooter bar none imo. Cause he had the height on top of the shooting. Offball man millers a humble good dude.

Curry has the greatest and most beautiful basketball games I've ever seen in NBA history, his conditioning, his handles, his finishing, his passings, his movement, his energy, his calmness, his confidence, his shootings, his IQ, his scorings, his impact on NBA and fans, his impact on his team, his personality, his baby face, his killer instinct, his competitiveness, his gravity, his effort, his offense, his effects on all 5 defenders, his off ball movement and he is undersized, etc the only thing he don't really do much is a dunk, but he can dunk but not great like others, cause he is not that athletic and was undersized, but everything thing else is on the highest levels that is crazy. There's a lot of reasons why Curry is my favorite player ever in NBA history. I know and understand how great the other legendary players are and I don't mean they are not what they really are, but to me Curry is completely different from everyone else, the way he was able to changed the game and bring it to a whole different levels it is unbelievable...

Finally a thoughtful, honest, coherent conversation about Curry. Great job Reggie!

I'm 70 & go back to the late 60s.The problem: There are 20 top 10 players. No one could do what Pistol Pete did with a BB. OR Bird. and so on..BUT STEPH is I'm another dimension in splashing!!! BTW.Reggie, I'm a Knick fan & still hate what u did to us time after time.
  • Curry is such a great shooter nobody talks about how he’s a top 5 finisher at the rim. Any hand, any angle, any defender. MJ had more of an impact because the NBA was still in its infancy and he took the game to another level. Just my opinion but Curry changed the game. He changed how the Warriors constructed their roster. Every team tried to mimic their success.
