Strawberry Pie Baked Oats ~

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp oats
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (you can reduce to 1/4 tsp)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbsp maple syrup

strawberry filling:
- 1/3 cup strawberry
- 1/2 tbsp sugar

topping:
- 1/2 to 1 tsp brown sugar

Bake for 25 min at 350F/180C.

    I didn’t have bananas so I used one egg instead of half banana and it turned out great. It’s just not as sweet. So if anyone eats eggs, you can use an egg here. It has more of a cake like texture with egg and has a nice shiny and crisp top. It is not as gooey as the one with banana and is much more stable.
