What inspired you for this song? Because this explains the whole thing going on in Turkey
  • Sometimes I wish you were famous but next moment I wish to keep you as our little secret superstar. ♥ ♥ ♥

"But people are not, their skin, or their God or who they claim their lover." 😔❤

“Voice our anger on our phones, but in real life we are quiet” This line hit me super hard

3 years later and the song still fits. That’s a really sad fact.

I’m using this song for an oral presentation in english class, we had to tell how Art describe our society. This song is beautiful and sadly really true to our society. Thank you for your incredible work♥️

"Everyone's bitter, pointing their fingers, seeing the worst in eachother, but people are not their SKIN or their GOD or who they claim their LOVER.."

It’s crazy how much this song relates to what’s going on right now with the riots, protesting, and racism
  • @al_iguess
crazy how 5 years later this song still describes our world so well
  • This song really doesn't go out of time. It fits for the past present and future. With the war in Russia and Ukraine. It really shows that humans are too dumb to learn from the past
  • @Dreamer-sx6xb
this song predicted the future- this song sounds exactly like whats going on is 2020 edit: i understand that this has been going on in the word for a while. just coming back and listening to it made it during 2020 made it hit way more different!
  • "Voice are anger on our phones but in real life we're quiet" Best line

It's been four years since this song came out, four years since I heard it, and four years of it being relatable. It's almost sad just how inspiring Nico's songs are, but he does a great job in pointing out all the injustices in the world. I seriously hope that there's one day where nobody has to relate to this, but can just listen to the music and enjoy it for the exceptional craftsmanship.

,,voice our anger on our phone but in real life we're quiet" always hits me.

i listened to this on Spotify before it came out here on youtube, and i felt like crying. I hope this song blows up. it has such beautiful meaning. and everything here is true. it’s sad how the world is so cruel :(( how we feel bad and pity for people but we’re not doing anything to change it, as we’re afraid so speak out. nico collins you killed it with this song :)!! can’t wait to continue listening to more <3

It makes me so sad that this is still true today. You'd think that 2 years later some progress would be made, but even in the midst of a pandemic people don't listen to each other. Now is the time to come together (metaphorically) and work to overcome this, but instead so many people aren't following the warnings and making the lives of others so much worse. I just wish that this message would inspire more action, and get people working more towards a common goal, with our differences put aside.
