Reminded that our Guardian actually absorbed Taken power before, and I don't mean when you go invading in Gambit. There was an old side-quest in the EDZ where you play part in an experiment that was being conducted by Asher Mir while Failsafe was on standby to record the results for him.

I was expecting something like "We gained ability to move worlds by studying the planet room on the witness' ship and brought back titan" Instead we got "Somehow titan returned".

Can we please just address Saladin at 7:17, despite what I’m pretty sure being their first moment interacting, and possibly Xivu’s first confirmed moment of on-screen presence in Sol (if I’m wrong I’m sorry haven’t kept up to date as well as I ideally could have on the story), his reaction feels less like a man reacting to the battle-cry of a Dark God of War who has personally slaughtered entire races and is the last active leader of a dynasty/interstellar civilization that had been a scourge on the universe since before humanity evolved, and more like a guy reacting to some annoying crazy weirdo that ran up to them in the middle of the street one day and started trying to give him a pamphlet or something. I choose to interpret this not as a bad line read but more Saladin having been doing this crap for centuries and no longer giving a single shit, this is Tuesday to him now.
