Majorly underrated channel. Most guys wish they could go and do the things you guys are doing. y'all are hilarious and good tempered even in miserable conditions. keep it up!

Well done, men. I watched the episode last year and have been wanting to see this. I was so excited the cabin was still standing and couldn’t believe you disassembled it but bravo on the rebuild and improvements. It was great to see except for the incidents but glad you weren’t hurt too bad. Thankful you had enough food. Also for your humor!!!! “Our house” made me laugh out loud!😂
  • @mamaBear....
I was SO HAPPY when you turned the corner and the cabin was still standing, roof and all. I nearly cried when you started disassembling it knowing what you went through! On your next trip.... to Cody-- you have room in that bag to PACK A COMB!! But you're stubborn, at least keep your hat on--PLEASE! LOVED the video!

Great saw skills on the floor boards.

Discomfort is much more tolerable in a group. Imagine pushing yourself through that discomfort as an individual. It's awesome that you guys have a group. You have an instinctual recreation of the primal hunting party.

As an retired Senior Chief, I’d give virtually anything to meet you guys. You truly all, are admirable, talented and have remarkable character. I also am looking and researching to build my own cabin someday and you are inspirational to say the least. Beautiful work. I thank you sincerely for your efforts in filming and sharing your process and experience! All the best to you guys!

Not many men can say they built a cabin, tore it down and rebuilt it. That's determination and hard work. Great work guys. Can't wait for the finished product and years of stories ahead.

Wow! This was a triumph. Better than before. Because of science and gasoline!
  • @makotanko2994
You guys need to get featured on military times or something, this channel is too awesome not to be seen by more. What a difference an extra set of hands and more food makes🎉
  • @jwilliams3170
I appreciate that each of you are wearing different colored jackets so that we can tell y’all apart while y’all have those mosquito nets on
  • What an adventure I'll settle for watching from my truck at my break at work time but what an adventure I would love to be there

you typically want as much roof overhang as possible on the log cabin especially in the wet climate like Alaska. it push back roof splashback away from the lower courses so they don't rot in a hurry

I watched your first cabin making video and I kept thinking…”Who are these guys…obviously not seasoned cabin builders, but man are they tough. Where did they learn to push through and keep going under such conditions!” Thanks for sharing your history a bit on this video! You guys rock! Thanks for your service!
  • That's awesome. I did 8 years in the Navy and got out in 2016. My last duty station was the Roosevelt. This was an awesome video! Y'all are really living life to the fullest and making so many memories. The people you serve with become your family and always have your back. Whoever did the video editing did a great job too. Keep the videos coming, and I'll keep watching shipmates!
  • @LostLakes
Came for LOTR theme and stayed for the camaraderie. Well done video guys, a lot of nice little touches in the edit
