Amazing slug. What do you think about it?!?

I know it’s great, but it feels like the barrel is so large and the smallest slug shell comes out of it, it’s really odd how it feels sometimes

I really want to craft this because like Gleaux said, with shadebinder this thing is like an exotic. Pugilist and headstone can get you massive uptime for abilities.

This slug is actually really good for Golgoroth. Triple Tap + Surrounded or even Focused Fury has some crazy DPS. It's like a very specific legendary for bosses that stand close to you.

I really like the depth you go into with weapon reviews. You tie it into certain playstyles and subclasses that makes me understand where certain weapons can fit in

Looking forward to getting this crafted to make a steady hands + headstone roll to pair with my steady hands + timed payload Cantata. That way no matter what the first kill comes from handling will feel great without building into it too much.

Great video coolguy! Always doing the homework! On a side note i didnt realize how oppressive stasis warlock was until i went against a triple stack in trials. My whole squad lost every engagement due to being frozen and chain freezing. Was very ruff.

What's weird about it is that while on Titan, Headstone also grants a Diamond Lance if you have that aspect slotted. As I understand it, that's only supposed to proc on ability kills, but it also works on stasis weapons with headstone, including No Reprieve and Forensic Nightmare.

I've been thinking about a triple tap focused fury since the season started. Perfect for those last two dmg pools on golgy.

Honestly seeing you use darci is just so encouraging for some reason. You're clearly just trying to have a good damn time meta weapons be damned and you're so skilled you can do it well too! Great video again CoolGuy, loving the content man! Keep it up! :)

Great video. Mostly a PvE guy but I think I've been sleeping on this one. I've got a FttC/Vorpal Fortissimo which is wonderful but I could see replacing it with the TT/FF roll on this one since, on Stasis Titan, it would be extremely easy to also benefit from font of might constantly.

Definitely a gem this season, seeing how you use it in PVP with Headstone and a warlock was an eye-opener I have to say. I just wish they toned the the aesthetics on these Plunder weapons a bit more, the spikes take up too much screen space lol, but the weapons are all dope. BTW, hoping for a Mindbender's review next/soon, I want to know if there's some kind of super mega secret/not-so-obvious roll on the weapon that's actually worth getting! (Been loving my PVE rolls though, it's been a King's Fall raid workhorse in Totems.)

It is a decent weapon, but the lack of aim assist really kills it for me. 30 less aim assist than heritage is extremely noticeable and makes it just straight up worse. My favourite slug at the minute has to be bonechiller with surplus and opening shot, it's got 100 handling with 3 abilities (which I almost always have) and 96 aim assist on the first shot with mods so you can't miss

I just started getting into using more Shadebinder recently, so this shotgun is definitely going to be a stable for that PvP build I've been tryin' to lean into. Thanks for the insight.

I like it with Glacial Harvest and a double Penumbral Blast Claws build. Constantly making shards. Constantly getting melees back. Put on Rime and a Well/Shard build for PvE. This shotgun was the missing piece Shadebinder needed for me.

Base AE (2) + Extended Mag (10) + Icarus Grip (15) + Exotic (Like NBP or Astrocyte Verse) (30) + Ember of Temepring/Whisper of Hedrons (20) gets this Slug's AE up to 77 or even 100 with other exotics like Sealed Ahamkara's Grasp. Gat a particular build in mind once I can craft this thing (feeling that lack of patterns as well, man)

I believe Surplus is massively underrated. My best Hung Jury has Surplus on it, didn't think much about it because I love the Firefly, but when I got a red border Frozen Orbit and used it, I realized how much better Surplus was making the weapon. Frozen Orbit was unusable before, but I love this one. I will be putting it on this shotgun and I am looking forward to it being on the Traveler's Chosen.

Just a couple of days ago I rediscovered my love for shadebinder with Cryosthesia or my beloved Empirical Evidence, so I didn’t need any convincing here. Excellent review.

Waiting for reset to get my final red border. Definitely going for Triple Tap/Surrounded. Pairing it with Stasis for sure! And I've been farming for the last week for that God roll Bonechiller you made a video about.
