_Assassin's Creed Valhalla Last Chapter will be the final update in AC Valhalla's Lifespan. We will learn how Eivor comes to terms with Odin and how she/he ventures to Vinland. This AC Valhalla update is where we find out How Eivor dies and ends up in a grave in Vinland as well as find out more info about Basim who specifically says this in the trailer "Eivor Grapples with new memories that are unfamiliar to me"
I have a strong feeling this final update with tease Assassin's Creed Mirage and link into that new upcoming Assassin's Creed Game due out in spring 2023._

_Ubisoft has confirmed That Assassin's Creed Valhalla will end with a final free AC Valhalla update called "The Last Chapter" which will be arriving soon, for free, to all AC Valhalla players.
The official statement from Gareth Glover, Game Director and Post Launch Producer at Ubisoft Montreal is that “In a few months’ time, we will be releasing the Last Chapter as a free quest arc which ties up the storylines that have been established in the game quite nicely. This last chapter will unite Eivor with Key storyline characters including some historical ones.”_

I'm excited for this official ending for Eivor - and whilst this hasn't been my top AC game, it's still rating highly in my perspective. Now that I see where the franchise is going with the next game/updates/teasers, it's sparked a renewed passion that I had in the original AC 1 & 2 days.

The Last Chapter might show how Loki was able to see Eivor in the modern world, maybe there will be a cool hidden boss fight or a weapon (or both lol) after finding those blue Animus pieces, perhaps a final confrontation between Odin and Loki? There might even be a moment where he gets answers of where his children, Hel and Fenrir are (which are probably Isu and not the ones from the mythology).

I remember Valhalla was rough for the first year but I've been considering digging back into it and see what it's all about now. A proper ending might be a good reason to do just that.
