I was able to dismantle a France Bed and separate it into combustible waste and recyclable waste for free disposal.
資源ごみはスクラップ屋さんで買い取っていただきました
Recyclable waste was purchased at a scrap shop
フランスベッドの外周にカッターナイフで切り込みを入れます
Make a notch on the outer circumference of the France bed with a utility knife
カッターナイフで糸を切りながら外側のカバーを外していきます
Remove the outer cover while cutting the thread with a utility knife
次にスポンジぶを剥がします
Next, remove the sponge
残り全体を裏返します
Turn over the rest
反対側の面と同じように布とスポンジを剥がします
Peel off the cloth and sponge in the same way as on the other side
スプリングに残った布の切れ端を取り除いていきます
Remove any pieces of cloth left on the spring
先にスチールのバネをおおよそ三つに切ることにしました
First, I cut the steel spring into about three pieces.
ワイヤーカッターで一本一本切って行っても良いのですがディスクグラインダーがあるのでそれを使って切断しました
You can cut each one with a wire cutter, but since there is a disc grinder, I cut it using it.
山折りして反対側のワイヤーも切断しました
I made the steel mountain fold and cut the wire on the other side.
山折りを安定させるためにスチールの下にプラスチック容器を置きました
I put a plastic container under the steel to stabilize the mountain fold
山折り状態が保持でき切断が容易になりました
The mountain fold state can be maintained and cutting is easier.
残った布の切れ端部分を取り除きます
Remove any remaining pieces of cloth
布とスチールの分離が完了しました
The separation of cloth and steel is complete
解体終了です布とスポンジは燃えるゴミに出フランスベッドの解体しました
The dismantling is complete. I put the cloth and sponge in the burning garbage.
