  • Very nice video , I 100 % agree with you , for almost 2 weeks I have changed my life completely, I don't know how exactly it happened, I started reading self growth books , Set few things I must do , remove all the distractions as social media and scrolling,and started making new small habits,I know for a sure it's not motivation, it's my decipline, I do want to wakt up at 4 am , but sometimes my mind even says if it's one day doesn't matter or let's get a little sleep bcz i only had 4.5 hours of sleep,but I do it anyway, remember the feeling when you tell your mind , stop giving me excuses, i will do it anyway, it's call decipline, I know for sure it was never easy for past 5 years I only game myself excuses abd when i committed something and my friends ask about what about the things you commited, i couldn't answer honestly, I only had answers like , I am busy , I will do it next few days , or change the topic , being honest my stamina is at rock bottom even at my early 20s but I run anyways , if it pains it's fine I will only give up when my body allows it not my mind , praying before eat, meditation after waking up and before sleeping,all of this small things changed my life ,now my friends ask me how can I have this much motivation i only say it's not motivation, it's like dp it anyways , bcz it makes me feel lively and happy , I don't have any guilt anymore, I can now answer sincerely, i also started YouTube, after so many years of planing, i do it anyways not giving a excuse. Friendly tips don't set an immediate goal , just go for it ,for 1 day do whatever you have in mind to improve yourself, then at night write ✍🏻 the day as a small story, did it feels good? Do you want to live like this again? If yes , do it one more day , do you feel better now , let's do a day more,don't make early plans or a routine, just set the things you wanna do and do it anyways afterall it's for only one day , at the first week I had a day i couldn't wake up or wasted time on entertainment, so what i don't feel the good feeling I felt 1 day before I did wale up 4 am next day and repeat things bcz it makes me happy, don't just go for 100 of motivational videos, be honest your mind can't follow and keep all this information together,You want to change your know what to change already, do it anyway, Remember you might have some set back days but just like doing exercise 1 day doesn't make it a discipline, having 1 set back day can't change your willpower, change the comfort zone from bed to early jog , exercise, cold shower, meditation,
