This event should be part of the Olympics, I think it will bring a whole new audience........

If you are not giving Lester a standing ovation, you don't know what he just did. Most of us will never see our 100th birthday. I know some great athletes that died in their late 90s. Second, most 100-year-old birthday parties that I have seen the honorary had to be wheeled in in a wheelchair. So hats off for running 100m in under 30 seconds. I do feel for the winner of the race. He was great too.

I never thought in my life I'd get hyped off watching men over 75 battling it out to cross a finish line. That is AWESOME!

Giving all these athletes their flowers , they are incredible to be running this fast at their age. I hope I'm able to still exercise at their age if I'm still on earth.
  • Hats off for Mr. Wright, 100 years old and still kicking... literally!!!!!!
  • @5mattcolour

It’s crazy to think this man was 20 years old during the heat of World War II. He probably has quite a story to tell.
  • @ajrocks12x
This was one of the most awe inspiring races of the day. We bowed to them.
  • So...lemme get this straight...I've just watched a 100 Yr old man run a 100m race? I need to get my shit together....

😍 never too late to achieve your goal! Not a track star in high school. U might be one super star at 70+ 🏃🏾‍♀️❤

I’m blown away. I’m 30 and started taking running seriously at 16. This gives me all the determination I need to never stop running. I pray I’m still able to run at 80 plus. Much respect to Lester
  • Damn! Thats the most exciting races I have ever seen. When the hell would anyone see another race with an athlete who is 100 years old in this massive setting. That was some history right there. Have anyone ever seen this before?
