Learn how to dress the mannequin and style the dress using pinning, clipping, and tape to shape the garment.

Remove the mannequin’s arms. Then slip the dress on and reattach the arms by slipping them through the neck opening.

Even up the neckline and remove the mannequin’s neck component.
Use tape to prevent the garment from slipping off the shoulders.

Extend the mannequin bottom slightly using double-sided tape.
Fill the arms with tissue paper to get a nice shape.

Take an Inside-out shot of the neck area for easy compositing in Photoshop.

In this tutorial, we used the StyleShoots Vertical, caddy and mannequin. Perfectly suited for ghost mannequin photography to achieve the invisible man effect.

Bought a ghost mannequin. Have three studio lights a white paper background, good camera and lens, and a sturdy tripod. But…it is much much harder than it looks, to get decent results. And time consuming too. Better of to hire a model, if you need catalogue photos. I had the impression, that big companies, can afford and use models, and small cloth companies show their products off model. Now I believe, it is the other way around. I’ll keep trying though

Hi! What if the dress is way longer? Anything I can help? Should I buy a wider sticker?

shooting the inside-out back area is an interesting trick, but it has the wrong curvature - is that something that's somehow corrected in photoshop?

Where would you suggest finding a mannequin with magnetic arms such as the one you used here? I'm having difficulty finding one online that ships to the US. Thank you for these videos, extremely helpful!!!

Let me question something do you know where you will go after you die? If not let me say something after you die you can have a choice to either go to hell or heaven see 2000 years ago there was this man named Jesus who died on the cross for our sins and rose alive 3 days later all because he truly loved us he died for us so I question you now do you truly believe in Jesus or do you live for the world turn to Jesus Christ trust in him Christ has way much more to give than the world he loves us turn to Christ
